How To buy online from our website

You can browse freely and view all our products and when you would like to place an order, you will be required to register yourself (first time only) with a user name and password.

An e-mail will be sent to you on registration which requires you to activate your account and thereafter allow you to shop safely and securely on our site. We do not store your payment details.

NOTE !! some activation e-mails may take up to an hour to receive. The speed at which you recieve the activation e-mail is determined by and dependent on which internet service providor you are using as well as the current status of the Internet.

Though it often beyond our control, we are constantly working to improve delivery time. We do apologise if you do experience a delay.

If you are frustrated with the e-mail delay, please send us your order via e-mail and we will process it manually. Do not send payment details via e-mail, we will contact you for that information.

Once you receive your ORIGINAL activation e-mail you will need to activate your account by clicking on the activation link.

In future you will login using your username and password without any delay provided you have activated your account from that original e-mail.

When checking out - the postage and packaging quote may need to be recalculated accourding to fluctuations in the exchange rate, courier rates and special requests. We will check with you as to the most efficient and most cost effective method.
