RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
If on receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 7 days to discuss replacement or return. Since we are dealing mainly with health products due consideration will only be given to unused sealed products. However, if you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty we will attend to the problem and either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstances.
All returns or refunds may, at the discretion of Aromatic Apothecary®, attract a charge of 10% administration fee, should the returns process incur significant administration costs.
The offering on this Website is available to consumers in all countries, however each individual country may impose their own importation restrictions which are beyond our control.
Orders within South Africa
- Orders will be sent via a door-to-door courier at R50.00 to major cities and towns that are serviced by our courier company.
- Orders to outlying areas will be sent by Postnet or Aramex
- Orders in excess of 5 kg may attract additional courier charges
- All orders will be sent via small parcel postage service at a minimum fee of ZAR200.00 or more
- All orders over 2kg may attract additional postage charges in which case you will be notified via email prior to dispatch (The rate is approx R35.00 per 100g)
